Expeditionists Adventure, Arkansas

Day 1

7:45 a.m. - Depart Dallas and drive to Oden, AR for a night in the bunkhouse to meet the trip leads, gather gear and organize it.
12:00 p.m. - Arrive at camp, meet trip leads and engage in some fun-filled team-building activities before gathering and organizing gear for the upcoming trip.
5:45/6:00 p.m. - head to the cook-out area to practice making and cooking over an open fire
8:00 p.m. - Daily reflections and appreciations.
10:30 p.m. - Lights out.

Day 2

7:30 a.m. - Make breakfast, breakdown camp and head to the river for a lesson on paddling and safety with the team.
10:30 a.m. - Depart campsite and head to the put-in location to begin the paddle trip.
12:30/1:00 p.m. - Break for lunch and put in for our first day on the river.
4:30 p.m. - Take-out at our campsite along the river, setup camp.
5:30 p.m. - Prep dinner.  
6:45/7:00 p.m. - After dinner, clean up and option for free-time - fishing, short hike/explore the area.
8:00 p.m. - Day two reflections.
10:00 p.m. - Lights out.

Day 3

6:30 a.m. - Option for early morning fishing for campers
7:30 a.m. - Make breakfast, breakdown camp and head to the river to pack up the boats and continue down the river.
12:30/1:00 p.m. - Break for lunch.
4:00 p.m. - Take-out at night-three campsite; setup camp.
5:00 p.m. - Prep dinner.  
6:00 p.m. - After dinner, clean up and option for free-time - fishing, short hike/explore the area.
8:00 p.m. - Day two reflections.
10:00 p.m. - Lights out. 

Day 4

6:30 a.m. - Option for early morning fishing for campers
7:30 a.m. - Make breakfast, breakdown camp.
9:30 a.m. - Depart campsite and head down river.
12:30/1:00 p.m. - Break for lunch.
4:00 p.m. - Take-out at pickup site and return back to the basecamp near Oden for a night in the bunkhouse.
6:00 p.m. - Dinner in the bunkhouse followed by a clean-up and organization activity before a final night reflection around the campfire with s’mores and stories for the group.
10:30 p.m. - Lights out.  

Day 5

7:30 a.m. - Breakfast and room clean-up followed by free-time until 10:30 before departure.
11:00/30 a.m. - Begin trip back to Dallas
5:30/6:00 p.m. - Arrive back in Dallas
